KINDNESS

Kindness is a priceless possession that returns great dividends when we invest it in our treatment of others. We have corrected our selfishness. We used to care little about others. We showed little kindness. Whenever we show kindness, a share of it stays with us because we are doing something we never dreamed, during our troubled years, was possible. We’ve learned to be kind to others and ourselves.
Kindness is one of the gifts all of us constantly receive from friends in our Program. Kindness knows no permanent home. It passes from one heart to another. There is always room in our lives for more kindness, both to give and to receive.
Today, I’ll pass on some of the kindness I’ve been shown by my friends in the Program.
